Don Grassmann is the founder of idea2launch.com, a division of Flexible Financials LLC. Don worked 18 years at Nortel Networks during a period in which Nortel's U.S. revenues grew from several hundred million to $9 billion annually. He served in a variety of positions including U.S. Controller and Vice President, Global Finance Solutions. In the latter role, Don managed Nortel's worldwide financial systems, overseeing teams in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Don has also served as a management consultant for Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche), and as an Eastern European project manager for Global Action, a 501(c)3 group.

Today, Don focuses on helping fast-growing businesses develop the tools, processes and skills to successfully manage business expansion. Since no two businesses are the same, he employs a personalized, hands-on approach designed to tackle the critical success factors unique to each client's situations. Idea2launch.com was launched as a division of Flexible Financials in July 2008 to better address the wholistic needs of emerging businesses.

Don has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree in accounting from Indiana University. A teacher at heart, Don served as a part-time associate instructor of accounting while earning his MBA. His students’' evaluations placed him in the top 5% of the school’s 52 instructors. He has been married to Ellen Grassmann for 29 years. They have two children and one grandchild. Personal references are available upon request.
